This Friday, November 7th, the Judiciary Police (PJ) launched an appeal to the population of the Lisbon Metropolitan Area to try to find the parents of the baby who was left at the cardboard treatment station of Tratolixo, a Solid Waste Treatment company, in Trajouce, Cascais. The baby’s corpse was found on August 1, 2024.
The appeal arises, “taking into account the seriousness of the facts”, within the scope of “an investigation into a homicide and desecration of an unidentified baby corpse, male and of African descent”, details the PJ in a statement, sent to the newsrooms.

Also according to the note from the criminal investigation police, “the body of the full-term baby presented severe traumatic brain injuries, which resulted in his death”, and, next to the body, “it was possible to collect a black false hair wig”.
