THIS is the bizarre moment a fish propels itself out of a tank and slaps a young girl around the face.
The little girl was sitting in a trolley while out shopping with her grandfather at a supermarket in Sanmexia.
In a moment of madness, the huge fish made a daring escape attempt at the shop in China’s Henan province.
The young girl appeared blissfully unaware of what was about to happen as she grasped her fluffy pink teddy bear and curiously eyed the fish.
As she chowed down on a small snack, the whopper goes flying through the air and slaps her around the face.
The trolley-bound tot took the hit like a champ as she attempted to dust the fish off her and her teddy.

She appeared gobsmacked and looked around as if in wonder of where the flying fish came from.
This comes after a family erupted into chaos when a sneaky magpie flew into their home.
Nicole Young, from Glasgow, had opened her front door for an Iceland food delivery on Sunday morning.
Just seconds later, the scene in her Pollok flat descends into mayhem.
In a Ring Doorbell clip, the delivery driver warns the mum-of-four: “Be careful. there’s a magpie in your close”, before making his way to the stairs.
Apparently used to the pesky bird, Nicole sighs in response: “Oh f*** is there? Oh no again.
“They come all the time and you need to try and get a shoebox and try to get it out. Thanks so much.”
The unsuspecting mum-of-four then gets more than she bargained for when the bird swoops in while she bent down to pick up her groceries.
Thankfully, the Iceland worker raises the alarm as he yells: “It’s in your house.”
Nicole’s son Russell then bursts into the hallway in tears as the magpie terrorises the living room.
