THIS is the jaw-dropping moment a motorist flies off the road and plunges down a steep flight of steps after suffering a headache.
Footage of the horror accident showed Railson Souza, 48, hurtling through the air and smashing through metal railings, before ending up trapped in the mangled wreck.
Firefighters had to free the security worker from his upturned vehicle, before an ambulance promptly rushed him to hospital.
Amazingly, scans and X-rays showed not a single broken bone.
Railson walked away unscathed only hours later.
Fighting back tears as he relived the drama, the emotional driver said: “God is marvellous. I’m sore, but I didn’t break anything.

“I’ve got a little scratch on one hand only, and nothing else.”
The crash, which occurred in the Jardim Apura area of São Paulo, Brazil, happened around 5.30am on Saturday.
Railson said he’d felt unwell after forgetting to take his high blood pressure medication on his way home from work.
Souza said: “I had a bad headache.
“All I remember about the accident is being down at the bottom of the steps and hearing: ‘Railson, calm down!’
“I don’t know how I ended up where I did.
“Tears fall from my eyes when I watch the video.
“It was God that protected me at that moment, so that I could be here today.”
Railson’s car was written-off after the accident, with photos of his destroyed vehicle showing it was worse on the driver’s side.
CCTV footage suggests Mr Souza may have fainted at the wheel, as he can be seen plummeting into the abyss without attempting to take the corner.
Metal railings down the middle of the stairs were obliterated as the car ploughed through them on its way down.
Luckily, no one was on the steps when the accident happened.
Social media users were stunned, with one saying: “Thanks God he survived unharmed and no-one was on those steps at the time and the damage is only material damage.”
Another added: “I wish Railson a long life. God does perform miracles.
“It looks like something out of a film.”
This comes after 17 people were killed in a bus crash in Brazil in October.
The collusion happened overnight on the BR-423 between Paranatema and Saloa, in the north-east Brazilian state of Pernambuco.
Local authorities say the bus was carrying more than 30 passengers when one of the two drivers on the journey swerved to avoid oncoming traffic and hit rocks on the side of the road.
Back in 2024, 38 people were killed in a crash after a packed bus collided with a lorry in Brazil.
The coach, carrying 45 passengers, caught on fire after one of its tyres blew out and sent the vehicle out of control.
