FORMER Google CEO Eric Schmidt’s 31-year-old mistress has accused him of stalking and abusive behaviour.
The details of the 70-year-old’s alleged behaviour are contained within court documents Michelle Ritter filed in December 2024.
Ritter, 31, was in the process of seeking a domestic violence restraining order against him.
However, according to separate documents, Ritter and Schmidt struck a deal that required him to make “substantial payments” to her, leading her to withdraw her request for the court order on January 6.
Ritter claims that Schmidt has not honoured the agreement since then.
A court hearing has been set for December 4 in Los Angeles to settle this dispute.

The founder of AI startup Steel Perlot alleges that the former ex-Google boss will try to “win by economic and resource attrition.”
Unlike Schmidt – whose net worth is said to be $44.8 billion – Ritter is unable to afford a $75,000 court fee in pending arbitration proceedings.
The pair began dating in 2021 even though Schmidt, 71, has been married to his wife, Wendy, since 1980.
However, it has long been reported that the couple have a longtime open arrangement.
Upon getting together with Ritter, Schmidt helped fund her company Steel Perlot with a capital injection of $100m.
However, it soon turned ugly as Ritter claims that Schmidt used his technical background to lock her out of her own startup’s website.
Ritter also claims that he subjected her to an “absolute digital surveillance system.”
“I literally cannot have a private phone call or send a private email without surveillance.”
“My former partner is extraordinarily powerful and capable and has used every mean[s] to block me from getting access to data, devices, finances, or businesses, or to simply live my life in peace.”
She has even accused Schmidt of having her parents followed.
Ritter also claims that Schmidt demanded she agree to “a gag order on any sexual assault or harassment allegations and sign a knowingly false declaration that any such allegations never happened.”
Within her filing, it indicates that Ritter has been staying at the property located on 1060 Brooklawn Dr.
She requesting continued access to this 15,000-square-foot Bel Air mansion that Schmidt purchased for $61m in 2021.
On top of this, Ritter asked for protection for her German Shepard, named Henry.
In response to these claims, Schmidt’s lawyers produced an 82-page-dossier, labelling them “demonstrably false” and “a blatant abuse of the judicial system.”
It is reported that disagreements first arose the two in September 2024 when Schmidt filed for arbitration proceedings against Ritter for breaking a business agreement regarding her company.
A source who works for Steel Perlot told The Daily Mail that everything that has followed is retaliation for that initial filing.
“Eric invested a lot in her company and unfortunately it didn’t work out as they hoped and she seems to be trying to avoid her obligations under their subsequent business agreement.”

Schmidt worked as the CEO of Google from 2001 until 2011, before operating as executive chairman until 2018.
An online description about Ritter states that she was working as a cyber research associate at Stanford university when the couple met in 2021.
