A FORMER trainee sex spy for Vladimir Putin has revealed she was forced to go through wild lengths to learn how to seduce Western tech nerds.
A recent report accused Moscow of unleashing a new kind of warfare on the West – not through bullets, but bedsheets – in order to steal state secrets.
US intelligence insiders say Russian and Chinese operatives are both flooding America’s tech heartlands in Silicon Valley to try and gain access to high-tech innovations through lust and lies.
Now, a former Russian “sexpionage” trainee has spoken out about how the spies pull off the raunchy manoeuvres.
Aliia Roza, 40, started to train to be a sex spy as a teenager.
She says sex spies follow a sinister playbook designed to break down tech defences before targets realise they’re being preyed upon.

Roza, who fled Russia after defecting following a whirlwind romance to a high-profile intelligence target, told the New York Post about her time as a spy.
She said: “They see the targetthey need to get information.
“They need to manipulate the target, emotions, feelings, or whatever they can do, they will do it.”
Roza was sent on less than 10 intelligence missions which were primarily in Europe and the United Kingdom.
Her tasks were often to seduce human traffickers, drug dealers and oligarchs who had gone against the Russian government.
Both the Russians and the Chinese governments have a total disregard for humanity when it comes to these operations, Roza claims.
She says they have become masters of teaching the young women to “manipulate their targets in a really bad way”.
Roza even revealed how she would be living with her male victims “24/7” during the peak of her undercover work.
But she always believed she was seen as disposable.
Each manipulation follows a predetermined script and a set of rules which have been tried and tested by past agents.
One of the biggest traits is patience.
There is a strict rule which says agents cannot make any contact with a victim unless they have been in and around them discreetly on seven occasions, according to Roza.
She explained: “You first appear in their life – seven times, to be exact – before making contact.
“You might show up at their coffee shop, their gym, or just keep liking their posts.
“When you finally meet, their brain already trusts you.”
This is part one of the cunning con with the Russians believing creating a sense of trust is key.
The second task involves making the victim feel wanted and needed.
“It starts with love bombing — messages full of compliments, selfies, bikini photos,” Roza explained.
“They pretend to be weak or alone: ‘My parents were killed, I’m a student, I’m broke.’ It triggers the hero instinct.
“Every man wants to feel like the rescuer.”
Another key trick is pretending to have similar connections.
Known as the “milk technique,” Roza says fake accounts are created among operatives who then follow the victim and send them messages.

After trust is established, the psychological manipulation ramps up.
Roza said: “The agent makes you doubt yourself.
“It creates a bond where you feel you understand each other — and the rest of the world is bad.”
Finally, the agent begins to make threats if the desired information isn’t given up.
She warned: “They’ll create stress – fear of losing the relationship.
“‘If you don’t send this information right now, I’ll disappear forever’.
“Under that emotional rush, people give up things they never would otherwise.”
This is why tech workers are often targeted, Roza believes.
They are often single men who live isolated lives where their jobs are the main priority.

“They may be very smart and geniuses in what they do, but regarding dating relationships they spend a lot of time in the offices,” she said.
“There’s a gap in between female interaction. And then it’s much easier for a female to target you.”
