THIS is the shocking moment a man allegedly shot a binman dead after getting stuck behind a dustcart on his way to the gym.
Renê da Silva Nogueira Júnior, 47, allegedly flew into a rage when a refuse lorry blocked his route – before opening fire on one of the other workers in cold blood.
Victim Laudemir de Souza Fernandes, 44, was reportedly killed instantly in the shocking attack in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, on August 11.
The suspect then allegedly turned his weapon on the truck driver, threatening him before fleeing the scene.
The bin man can be seen falling to the ground holding his chest in front of a busy road.
Police later tracked the business men down to his luxury gym where he was calmly working out when officers came in and arrested him.

The case, which sparked national outrage has taken a fresh turn this week after a court lifted a confidentiality order that had previously kept key details secret.
The shocking new revelations come jut weeks before the case heads to trial, with hearings scheduled for November 25 and 25.
Judge Ana Carolina Rauen ruled that there was “no longer reason to maintain confidentiality,” saying the case should now proceed with full transparency.
She added that only certain sensitive documents would remain sealed for legal reasons.
Prosecutors say ballistics tests confirm that the gun used in the killing belonged to the suspect’s wife, police officer Ana Paula Lamego Balbino.
Renê allegedly confessed to the crime shortly after his arrest in August – but his lawyers have tried to have the confession thrown out.
They argued that he did not have legal representation present when he admitted to the killing and this made his confession invalid.
However, Judge Rauen rejected the request outright, saying there was no legal requirement for a lawyer to be present during the initial police investigation.
In her ruling, she wrote: “The defence did not present concrete evidence demonstrating coercion, duress, or any other element that would have nullified or weakened the extrajudicial confession.”
She also pointed out that Renê had been represented by two lawyers later on in the process and had been properly informed of his right to remain silent.
The defence also sought to dismiss the case entirely, claiming there was insufficient evidence and denial of authorship – meaning the accused was not responsible for the killing.
But the judge again refused insisting there was enough evidence to proceed to trial.
She also dismissed a string of additional complaints from the defence including coercion to provide a phone password, claims of illegally obtained evidence, and supposed irregularities in how evidence was handled.
According to her written judgment, “there are sufficient elements to proceed with the investigation and analyse the merits after the production of evidence.”
The accused remains in custody at Caeté Prisoncharged with aggravated homicide.
The court confirmed that prosecution witnesses will be heard on November 25, followed by defence witnesses the next day.
If there is time, the defendant himself will also be called to testify.
The lifting on the secrecy order now means the public – and the press – can finally scrutinise every aspect of the highly charged case.
Local residents have expressed fury at the alleged motive behind the killing, branding it “senseless” and “unthinkable”.
